The website includes product information, FAQ’s, history about the product, medical information and a full-on diet plan. Once product has been purchased, the buyer can log their product’s number into the website and be enrolled to have access to all the customer support programs the site offers. One gets the impression that this product offering has been a long time in the planning and that each detail was thought about down to the minutia. We are impressed with the presentation and the marketing plan – we just do not like the product, its side-effects, or what their customers have to say about their experiences at all.
