The actual wording the advertising uses to emphasize the organic nature of the supplement is there are “ten live probiotic strains delivered in organic whole-food media”, the “media” being okra, spinach, and ginger, among others. Live probiotics are most important to digestive health, and the manufacturer asserts the ones contained in the Sensitive Colon Support™ formula are the best ones for the cause of supporting a healthy colon.

Most of the ingredients in any New Chapter product are claimed to be certified organic, Sensitive Colon Support contains Okra, Spinach, Chlorella regularis, Blueberry, Cumin, and Ginger. There are ten “valuable strains” of friendly flora included in the formula and it is claimed they are selected and balanced to achieve soothing bowel support capabilities. According to the advertising, Sensitive Colon Support™ includes “revered” probiotic strains such as Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, and Bifidobacterium longum, which are all purported to help support optimal digestive and immune system function.

We were not able to locate any lifestyle guidance that might improve the product’s benefit. The sum total of advice given is that you should store Sensitive Colon Support™ in the refrigerator and that you take one capsule in the morning and another in the evening. The manufacturer goes on to explain that the manufacturing process used for the probiotic cultures preserves their potency in the formula until it is consumed. It is said that the organic food medium activates the probiotics and enhances their effects.

Sensitive Colon Support separates itself from many other colon support formulas by asserting their use of organic media to deliver the ten live probiotics in their formula. We did note, however, that the formula does not contain any ingredients that might enhance bowel function so that digestive waste could be moved through the system in a more healthy way. Be that as it may, for the most part this formula seems like a fairly good one for consumer consideration.
