The Phenterlean™ HG website provides some information but not enough for the consumer to feel that they are informed enough to feel comfortable taking the product. While the site offers information about side effects, directions for use and precautions, it doesn’t give enough background data. The ingredient Hoodia was extensively discussed on the website but none of the other ingredients were mentioned – and it is the other ingredients that may cause issues for some users of the product. We obtained that information from the customer service representative. One interesting feature of this website was the ability to chat live with a customer service representative. When we provided a name and e-mail address, we were connected to a live person, whose name we were given, within a couple of minutes. We received answers to our questions in a timely and friendly manner. This was a very beneficial service for the company to offer. The online ordering process is simple and easy to use, but we wonder why there is no mention of the stimulating ingredients.
