The Phenterfein website was very simple and didn’t offer enough information about the product’s history. It did provide the consumer with the proper dosage and warnings which are useful. While it listed information about the ingredients, it didn’t give any scientific information to back up its claims. A few testimonials were supplied to do that. We also didn’t like the fact that the company referred to the product as “hard core” and called the doses of the drug that you take “hits.” We felt that this portrayed a negative connotation and alluded to comparing it to illegal drugs. The ordering process was straightforward and easy to follow but customer service is handled through e-mail and there was no toll free number to call for help or questions.

While this product claims to be the best, we have no idea who is making this claim – likely the manufacturers. We are concerned that the amount of ingredients in each pill is excessive. While many of the ingredients have been found to produce weight loss, Phenterfein contains several ingredients that are supposed to increase energy which may sometimes result in adverse side effects. While the product seems like an adequate weight loss product it certainly doesn’t seem to stand out in a market full of options. We disliked the drug references on the website as well and feel they are an irresponsible way to market.
