In addition to all of these things, the site also offers a number of emotional eating resources and a blog for consumers. The site claims that the program has been proven through the use of hundreds of customers and seven scientific studies. While the site does provide some customer testimonials, it does not provide any information on the seven scientific studies. The customer testimonials are short and fail to provide any before-and-after photos.

The much more reasonable price tag is intriguing to us and consumers, but odds are that consumers simply aren’t getting as high quality treatments from Mastering Foods as they would from a traditional program. Mastering Foods fails to provide the scientific research behind the program, and their customer testimonials fail to include before-and-after pictures, making it difficult to believe the program’s claims. Often the cheapest program isn’t the best—as the saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” and we’re afraid you won’t get much with this inexpensive option.
