Leslie Sansone is something of a fitness star. Her in-home walking program has become very popular among consumers. Eat Smart, Walk Strong is a book by Sansone that is supposed to reveal the secrets about weight loss that are not really that secretive. In fact, according to some descriptions of the book, Sansone appears to be tapping into some sound, conventional wisdom about dieting, exercising, and losing weight. In our opinion, this is a good thing. The equation is simple, after all: eat fewer calories than you burn in a day. In order to enhance burning, exercise more.
