Hands are placed to the side, jumping begins, and JumpSnap® will even click to mimic the sound of a jump rope’s hitting the floor.
JumpSnap® is conducive to any number of jump rope moves. Furthermore, the device comes with DVDs that direct exercise more intentionally. Without the rope, JumpSnap® can be used for some rather innovative moves (lunge jump, for example) that will increase challenge and fitness.
