Jump Snap™ is a “ropeless jump rope” designed for both men and women. The Jump Snap™ system allows consumers to lose weight and inches while toning their bodies. Jumping rope has long been a favorite full body workout, but now Jump Snap™ makes it easier and safer for everyone.
Jump Snap™ is essentially an electronic version of a jump rope containing a computer control system that makes a snapping noise when a rope should hit the ground so consumers can tell when to jump without having the dangerous rope to trip over. The computer’s system allows consumers to enter their height and weight so the computer can determine the best workout for each individual. The computer counts rotations, calories burned and time spent working out. The Jump Snap™ has been proven to burn 300% more calories than the treadmill. The Jump Snap™ also comes with insertable weights that can increase the intensity of the workout.

The Jump Snap™ comes in several different packages. An Individual package (containing two Jump Snap™ handles, batteries, the traveling bag, three weights, and the DVDs) normally retails for $59.95 plus shipping and handling, but at the time of this review it was on sale for a $10 discount, making it only $49.95 plus shipping and handling. Consumers wishing to support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation can purchase the individual package in pink for $59.95 plus shipping and handling, and $20.00 of the purchase will go directly to BCRF.
The second package is called the family package. This package contains 2 complete individual packages for $99.95 plus shipping and handling, saving consumers $20.00.
The third and final package available is called the instructor’s package. This package contains 6 sets of Jump Snap™ handles, weights and bags and 1 DVD for $199.95.
The Jump Snap™ website also retails a number of additional videos and Jump Snap™ anti-shock mats. Consumers can even purchase a Lifetime Warranty for $9.95. While we are happy that Jump Snap™ offers a Lifetime Warranty, we believe that it should be included in the original purchase—it shouldn’t be something consumers have to purchase on top of the package.

With streaming videos and lots of pictures, the site provides consumers with an honest image of exactly what they will be getting. The site provides information on the creator and on the Jump Snap™ program as well as customer testimonials. The site is easy to navigate and very professional, making it an excellent marketing tool for this product.

The program seems to be easy to follow and offers plenty of help with its videos, but it will still take commitment on the part of the consumer. It may not be the most effective way to lose weight overall, but it appears to be a great method to help people get in shape and enjoy exercise.
