The advertising for InnoCleanse products includes a glossary of ingredients that describes what they are purported to do. Yellow Dock is said to be very high in iron and useful for treating anemia because it nourishes and detoxifies the spleen and liver and cleanses the blood. Barberry bark is claimed to be an anti-bacterial and anti-fungal plant with its bitter “constituents” helping to support the liver and gallbladder. Milk Thistle or Silybum marianum or Silymarin as referred to in InnoCleanse information is most well known as a proven and effective herb for liver and gallbladder disorders. Dandelion is believed to benefit liver functions and has been used to treat liver disorders, especially jaundice. Dandelion is also considered an effective diuretic; it helps to increase the flow of urine stemming from liver problems.
