 | Ingredients At A Glance |
|
Fuze offers a wide variety of drink products, including four different lines: Slenderize, Vitalize, Refresh and Tea. Each of these different lines contains some main ingredients that help create the effect described for the product lines. We will concentrate on Slenderize as a weight loss supplement.
The Slenderize line aims at weight loss and has four ingredients to help reach that stated purpose. Chromium is included in the formula for a boost of energy. Chromium, though, is usually considered only a “helper” ingredient that helps regulate blood sugar and works on some elements of metabolism. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that helps eliminate free radicals from the body, working to improve general health. Super Citrimax™ claims that it suppresses hunger while preventing the conversion of carbohydrates into fat, helping to reduce weight. Super Citrimax™ is essentially a concentrated extract of Garcinia Cambogia, a native plant from India that contains HCA (Hydroxycitric Acid). While it may help suppress some appetite, it is not a proven weight-loss agent. L-Carnatine is an amino acid that helps boost energy and improves the use of oxygen in the body.
Each bottle of Fuze Slenderize contains two 8-ounce servings of fruit-flavored drink, a very tasty option for weight loss. There is no suggested usage—Fuze can be consumed at any time. There are no adverse side effects for Fuze, making it safe for anyone to take.

 | Cost |
|
Fuze does not sell its products on its own official website, but instead retails them nationwide in convenience and grocery stores. However, a little digging can show approximate prices around $2 to $3 retail. There is no guarantee or return policy, and there is no way to determine shipping costs as the product is not commonly sold online. We are disappointed about the lack of availability online, but its retail availability makes up for its online presence in convenience.

 | Website In Focus |
|
The Fuze website is almost overwhelmingly graphically intense and could actually slow down older computers. While the website looks good, this makes it somewhat less functional, making the site slightly frustrating. The site does provide ample information on its products, as well as tips on health and a store locator. On a high-performance computer, the sight is quite enticing, but it could cause issues for those with less modern computers.

 | Final Thoughts |
|
Although Fuze may be a great way to replace soda, it may not give a true weight-loss kick. There is a hunger suppressant, and there is extra energy built into its formula, but it just doesn’t seem to be an effective weight loss supplement. There is no real “plan” involved in the Fuze beverages. You can essentially drink one any time, and you can have as many servings as you wish without any adverse side effects (although too many would probably counteract its positive effects). While it may be a delicious and simple way to boost your energy without using central nervous system stimulants like caffeine, Fuze cannot pack the punch of a diet supplement. If you’re looking to lose weight, find a supplement with a proven hunger suppressant, a metabolism booster, and a more specific plan for use.
If you are seeking a weight loss supplement, be sure and choose a product with ingredients that address both aspects of successful dieting. A proven fat-burner is needed to address excess fat on the arms, belly, hips, thighs and buttocks, and a modern appetite suppressant is needed to control caloric intake and help curb cravings. Effective weight loss happens when both dieting needs are addressed. Add a healthy eating plan, and exercise – and you will have success.
