Although Fuze may be a great way to replace soda, it may not give a true weight-loss kick. There is a hunger suppressant, and there is extra energy built into its formula, but it just doesn’t seem to be an effective weight loss supplement. There is no real “plan” involved in the Fuze beverages. You can essentially drink one any time, and you can have as many servings as you wish without any adverse side effects (although too many would probably counteract its positive effects). While it may be a delicious and simple way to boost your energy without using central nervous system stimulants like caffeine, Fuze cannot pack the punch of a diet supplement. If you’re looking to lose weight, find a supplement with a proven hunger suppressant, a metabolism booster, and a more specific plan for use.
