This product formula contains Psyllium husk, Oat bran, Guar Gum seed extract, Pectin, and Marshmallow root extract.
Guar Gum is a water-soluble fiber that acts as a bulk forming laxative, and as such, it is claimed to be effective in promoting regular bowel movements and relieve constipation and chronic related functional bowel ailments. By combining Guar Gum with the other ingredients in the formula, it is said bowel elimination is more productive and less likely to get stuck in the lower bowels due to something the manufacturer refers to as “semi-solid slugs”.
Day one through seven of the Enzymatic Simple Cleanse program requires consuming three tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. Days eight through fourteen you are to consume two tablets at bedtime with 8 ounces of water. For a more dramatic cleanse, it is recommended that you take four capsules in the morning and four at night with eight ounces of water or, you may be take eight capsules at night with eight ounces of water.
