EZ Krunch is an exercise devise made popular by a T.V. Infomercial. It is a simple plastic machine that comes with a set of five bands that can be added on to for increased resistance. It claims that with only five minutes of use a day, a taut abdomen can be obtained, with a workout that includes all three sets of major abdominal muscles. It includes padded leg and handles for an easy grip and has a special rocking cylinder that makes it similar to professional gym equipment. No sit ups as we know them are required.
