The detoxification formula is also claimed to work as a weight loss formula, however, common sense reminds us that the “weight” lost while emptying your body of waste is entirely different from fat weight loss.

C.K.L.S. contains Aloe Vera, chamomile, cascara sargrada, chaparral, mullein, uva ursi, fenugreek, cayenne, and dandelion. The herbs in C.K.L.S. are purported to have eliminated stress, sluggishness, headaches, mucus build-up, worms, colon pockets, harmful bacteria and constipation. It is further claimed that C.K.L.S. has also been used to rebuild the mucus lining and heal the intestines.
The detox diet that is recommended requires that you don’t consume alcohol, coffee, dairy products, flour products, flesh, fried food, salt, sugar, and that you don’t smoke. Whether or not detoxification is your goal, that list is worth considering simply because it follows basic nutritional guidelines for improving your health, and weight loss may result simply from these practices alone. The advertising recommends you include more whole foods such as fresh vegetables and fruits, which is still more excellent advice for better health. The following part of the detoxification program gets complicated; you must drink 16-oz of olive oil. Incidentally, the manufacturers sell the cold-pressed olive oil that is recommended. Your body weight determines how much olive oil is consumed within 30 minutes to an hour. You must drink the juice of four to six lemons to help with the ingestion of the olive oil, the lemon juice is also claimed to help dissolve gallstones. Advertising cautions against drinking anything for 5-9 hours after drinking the olive oil.
