The website for BodyPure claims that this product is the “number one selling (detox) product in Japan… 12 times in a row.” However, a closer look at the ingredient list does not seem to indicate that it contains any of the substances best know for detoxification. Bamboo vinegar, houttuynia extract, loquat leaf extract, and tourmaline seem to have little to offer in this respect or any other clinically-tested benefits. Diatomaceous earth is a substance used in a variety of industrial and other fields. Some consider its absorbing properties a potential benefit for internal detoxification. BodyPure also contains vitamin C, an important nutrient for immune health and so on.

Such products should be potent enough to do their work within a 5 day period and should be combined with a healthy intake of water. Such an approach should bring about intended results.
